• Assign a Student ID
• Maintain current admission information using Common Application or other form
• Maintain Academic/Educational Data
• Maintain Personal/Family Data
• Maintain School/Test Data
• Maintain current information on School Reports
• Maintain current information on Teacher's Evaluation
• Maintain records of all correspondence and their disposition between the Applicant and the Admissions Office.
• Maintain and retrieve student information using unique ID for all students
• Accept records from Recruitment System
• Track all applicants by Application Status, Demographics and other relevant information
• Create custom reports
• Maintain School Index Factors and minimum high school performance requirements for admission purposes
• Calculate Admission Index for on-line evaluation of all applicants
• Accept enrollment and other fees and interfaces with General Ledger and student accounts and keeps detail backup in the Admissions Module.
